This CD is full of great music to dance LeRoc to. All of the tracks were selected by teachers and dancers of LeRoc and have been especially re-recorded to emphasise the strong beat on which LeRoc is danced.

The CD is currently out of print.

An instructional booklet is included which takes you through eight of the beginners moves. These are divided into two short 4 move routines which wrap back on themselves but which can also be combined to give an eight move routine. Some useful tips are included as well as diagrams showing the positioning and direction of movement for every beat of each of the moves.
